He is a class I (A) contractor in P.W.D, Building, Roads, Electricals Deptt. and is the Chief Executive Officer of “Versha Technotrade Pvt. Ltd.”. His efficient handling of the company brought the company to its height with a huge compounded annual growth rate. So far he has a clear track record of smooth handling of projects as well as financial matters and being a Commerce Graduate with Honors degree in Business Management, he is a shrewd business manager.

Kavita Surana :- Mrs. Kavita Surana is a B.A. graduate. She is the Director of the company for the last 16 yrs. She is looking after the company affairs since its inception very effectively.

BOARD OF ADVISORS :

Er. Mukut Chandra Dutta, B.E. Civil :- Retired in September 2007 as the Commissioner, P.W.D., Govt. of Assam, Dispur, Guwahati after serving long 37 years, a true visionary in all kinds of CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS and his effort and advise to the company brought the company forward in a great speed. He is a respectful personality in the Construction scenario in Assam as well as in the society.

Bajranglal Pandya, B.Com, and F.C.A. : He is a man of dynamic personality having completed his Chartered Accountancy long back in the year 1994. He has been practicing as a professional Chartered Accountant having clientele of more than 1000 clients spread over the state of Assam after having graduation from Guwahati Commerce College in the year 1987.

Rajesh Surana, B.Com, C.A., C.S. :- Mr. Surana is the Chief Financial Officer, Holcim Lanka Ltd., a Switzerland based multinational company. He is a dynamic young man, having completed his graduation from the highly reputed Sriram College of Commerce, New Delhi, became Company Secretary in the year 1999 from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi & Chartered Accountant in the year 2001 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. He is an active advisor since inception of the company.

Prime Properties N Realtors :- The entire real estate division of M/S Versha Technotrade Pvt. Ltd. is being marketed through ‘Prime Properties N Realtors’ headed by Ms. Lalita Jain. As the name suggests, it is a prime marketing agency of real estate in Guwahati having huge marketing experience in some of the best projects in different prime locations of the city.

ARCHITECTS :

“Versha Technotrade Pvt. Ltd.” is a Class – I (A) Contractor under various Government Department as well as Designer, Developer and Builder. The Company has been providing consultancy services to various departments including architectural and structural designing and preparation of drawing etc. of various projects. The Company has IN HOUSE team of experienced architects and civil engineers who has been providing complete design solutions for various projects both public and private.

AUDITORS OF THE COMPANY :

The Auditors to the company are M/s P.Gaggar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, a reliable Auditing firm headed by Mr. P.Gaggar, FCA. He is a well known Chartered Accountant of North East. His 30 years of experience in this field brought garland of appreciation for him and secured a place for him in the society.
